Creating Multimedia, DVD Slideshows For All Occasions!

Terms of Service:

1. By placing an order with Photo Memories In Motion, you are stating your agreement to these Terms of Service, and thereby creating a binding legal agreement.  

2. You must be 18 years of age to order our services.

3. You must provide us with accurate and up to date information when placing your order and thereafter, until you have received your order and the transaction is complete. This includes, your name, address, phone number, email, and any other account information we ask you to provide on our order form.

4.Our slideshows are recorded on DVD-R and DVD+R disks. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure his/her DVD player is compatible. 

5. If you (the customer) decide to scan your photos before sending them on disk, photos must be scanned at 300dpi or better for images 3x5 or larger, and 600dpi or better for images smaller than 3x5. Otherwise, the quality of your slideshow can not be guaranteed. If we decide that the pictures you send us are not of suitable quality for the production of your slideshow, you have the option to cancel the order, send us your photos to be scanned, or rescan them.  In the event that you decide to cancel the order, you must still provide us with the return shipping charges before we send them back.

6. Photo Memories in Motion is not responsible or liable for anything sent to us through the mail that is lost, damaged, or stolen.  It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the contents of any packages send to us are secure.

7.  You must have the right to use the images and music you supply to us or that you ask us to purchase on your behalf.  Photo Memories In Motion assumes no responsibility or liability with respect to any copyright infringements and the customer hereby agrees to assume all responsibility for any and all costs and expenses incurred by Photo Memories In Motion as a result of any legal action or litigation taken against Photo Memories In Motion as a result of an alleged copyright infringement.

8. Photo Memories In Motion will not accept pornographic media in any form. If sent to us, all such material will not be returned but immediately destroyed or reported to authorities (along with all known information of the sender),  if it consists of child pornography.

9. Photo Memories In Motion is not responsible or liable for any damages to any form of media or other materials sent to us, including but not limited to, as a result of fire, natural disaster, theft, flood, terrorism, or war.

10. Photo Memories In Motion guarantees 100% that if you are not satisfied with our final slideshow production, we will redo it for you.  If you have high speed internet access, you can view your slideshow online before we transfer the final production to DVD and send it to you.  Otherwise, you must contact us and send back the slideshow on DVD.  Once we receive the original slideshow we have created on DVD, we can start to make changes upon your request. All shipping charges must be paid by the you (the customer).

11. These terms of service shall be governed by the state of New Hampshire, where Photo Memories In Motion is located.  Photo Memories In Motion has the right to modify these terms of service at any time.
